Abstract

Background & Objective: The crisis is persistent, and the intensity increases, it can interfere with daily activities, so it is called a nuisance disorder. The aimed of research to describe anxiety disorders in Surabaya. Method: The research design used descriptive research, simple random sampling technique in selecting research subjects with a sample size of 103 students in the city of Surabaya. Results: The results obtained by respondents with an average age of 18 years, with the classification of disorders were 34% and (Post Traumatic Syndrome Disorder) PTSD was 29.1%. This anxiety or depression usually occurs due to mood or mood disorders, loss of interest or pleasure, low feelings or feelings, insomnia, decreased appetite, and poor distress at the high school level which often occurs at the high school level. Symptoms of PTSD that occur in parents of students as well as forms of parents' maladaptive responses to traumatic events related to child maladaptive responses to disasters or outbreaks. Conclusion: The interaction and communication as well as coordination from various related parties are needed in conducting counseling as early as possible.
