The results showed that of the 140 respondents as many as 90,7% had a medium level of confidence in the COVID-19 vaccine, 40% had a medium level of anxiety about the COVID-19 vaccine, 42.1% participated in the COVID-19 vaccine in children aged 6-11 years in the 1st dose of the vaccine. There is a relationship between the level of confidence and the participation of the COVID19 vaccine in school-age children with a p-value of 0.049 (p-value <0.05), r = 0,173. There is an association between parents' anxiety levels and the participation of the COVID-19 vaccine in school-age children with a p-value of 0.046 (p-value <0.05), r = 0,37.
